Jaundice Hotline / Rapid access clinic
The Jaundice Hotline clinic is a rapid access clinic for patients presenting with painless jaundice.
The Jaundice Hotline provides access to two clinics per week (Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning) at Royal Cornwall Hospital.

The Jaundice Hotline is no longer accepting referrals for patients over the telephone and are advising that GPs must refer on ERS to the RMS to book an appointment. RCHT have published a service on ERS which the RMS can book into, typically of similar timescale to 2 week wait referrals.

The patient will receive bloods test and scans. They are generally able to return home the same day.
