Intermediate Care

The testing regimen you have followed to get to this page has shown no evidence of myocardial infarction in your patient.

While reliably ruling out myocardial damage, this does not give any indication as to the current coronary atheroma burden of your patient. Your are encouraged to revisit NICE NG95 and HEART score if you still regard the pain as cardiac in nature. Your risk appraisal from this will determine whether you feel primary preventative medicines and/or referral is necessary.
