Oxygen now has to be ordered through the Home Oxygen Portal

You then need to complete part A and submit the form.

Ordering ambulatory oxygen

ONLY resp nurses or specialist teams who have received training from Air Liquide are able to order ambulatory oxygen. Please consider a referral to these teams if you feel this may be necessary.
