SWAST Pre-conveyance Navigation Options

This is a response to Winter Pressures 2023, intended to aid SWAST with on-scene decision-making and navigate the different options available. As a SWAST paramedic, please click what you feel you need:

ie you maintain sole clinical decision-making

*If non-urgent, please consider discussing with primary care

This is a shared-decision making pathway including chest pain (stable, without acute ECG changes)

ie. Poor prognosis, Failty score ≥5 or Residential or Nursing Home resident, includes frailty syndrome (falls, delirium, dementia, Parkinson's, polypharmacy, incontinence)
